The optimal solution for every application
The systems for pad printing from Printcolor offer the right products for a wide variety of applications. High brilliance and outstanding opacity are a matter of course with all our pad printing inks. In addition to 1- and 2-component solvent inks, a universally applicable UV system completes the range. The universal ink systems can be adjusted to different processing parameters, requirements and environmental influences using a wide range of auxiliaries. Special products for difficult surfaces and color mixtures according to all common color fans complete the portfolio and offer the right solution in every situation.
For users and the environment - the user-friendly 2C pad printing ink Series 786
When formulating the 2C pad printing ink Series 786, special attention was paid to environmental and user-friendliness. The series offers the best possible protection for the environment and people who come into contact with the liquid or printed ink and is free of PAHs and halogens. In addition, it meets the requirements of the toy standard EN 71-3:2013. In addition to printing on toys, the high-gloss, durable and highly opaque ink is particularly suitable for technical components, automotive parts, baby articles, and bottle caps.
Series 751 - the right solution for duroplasts
For printing on duroplasts, the 2C pad printing ink Series 751 is particularly recommended. The entire range is free of cyclohexanone and, with a few exceptions, contains neither PAH nor halogens. The series is particularly suitable for promotional items and industrial applications. The series is extremely resistant to abrasion and hand perspiration.
