- Series 712
- Series 747
- Series 751
- Series 752
- Series 784
- Series 786
- Series 792
Exclusion of special products
Due to the special ingredients of the pigments, the migration limits of EN 71-3: 2019+A1:2021 can be exceeded by the following products and should be analysed:
- Metallic color shades
- Phosphorescent inks
- Highly opaque chromatic inks (xxx-xx/HD)
Analysis of the final product mandatory by law
Due to the very low limits in the range of trace impurities or ubiquitous quantities, one cannot necessarily conclude from raw material tests, that the migration values of the final product can be met. A guarantee of compliance with these values is therefore not possible without analysis of the printed final product. The toy manufacturer is responsible for the compliance with the legal requirements for toys.
In addition to the 19 elements listed in norm EN 71-3:2019+A1:2021, further rules, limits and regulations may be binding for the safety of toys; this should be discussed in advance with all parties concerned.
